Hi! first and foremost, congratulations to all students who were accepted to either El Centro or North Lake College for the ADN Fall 2011 program :D I will be at North Lake and was wondering how many forum members are going to be my classmates. Looking forward to meet y'all :)

Yes I was wondering the same thing, Also has anyone received their blue card for their fingerprinting, I went last tuesday to do my fingerprints but I still haven't received anything. To anyone how long did it take to recieve your card though the mail?

I got my blue card after a week. Make sure you don't throw it away by accident because it looks like junk mail if you don't pay attention. Also, we're gonna be able to register for classes during the three day orientation.

Hey everyone! They are actually registering us for classes today. I actually made my payment for my classes about an hour ago. If you go into eConnect and view your class schedule, it should be there by the end of the day. Also, your (not medical/health insurance) is included in the amount due when you go to make your payment. Just thought I would pass that info along! I'm sure you all are getting as excited as I am for school to start!

I saw the classes under econnect and registered like 5 min. ago. Did you get an email notification about this?Thank you very much for sharing the info! :)

Awesome! Nope no email notification. I had emailed the "registration contact" at El Centro yesterday and she told me that they were doing registration yesterday and today. I noticed when I went to pay for the classes, the of $18.13 was included in the cost. That was my question in a different email to the "nursing coordinator". I was starting to get a little nervous about those two things and am SO glad they are now taken care of!!

So are you like me and ready to get this party started?!? :)

oh yes, I'm ready! I wonder why wouldn't we get an email stating we can now pay for classes, oh well! Anyway, what's your schedule? I'll be at Presbyterian Dallas on Tuesday and lecture on Friday.
