That's great! I hope these 6 weeks will fly by ... it sounds like we should start receiving letters the first week of March. One piece of good news admissions mentioned was that they receive a few hundred applications, however only about 150-ish are complete ones. I hope that is true!

I applied for the summer 2016 term too. I am not feeling very hopeful though. Today I found out that a friend of mine received an email with a student username and password and she applied for the same term. The link from the email took her to her degree process which says that her ABSN is in progress but graduation requirements have not been met. To top it off, she received this email on the 19th! I am pretty sure at this point that I did not get in. I am extremely disappointed.

hi guys! wish i found this thread earlier but i recently applied for summer 2016 as well. I submitted my application a while ago but my updated transcripts just arrived on the deadline! Ive applied to a few other schools but this is my dream school. Feeling very anxious. Good luck to everyone!

Hundreds of applications? I had no idea it was so many. It looks like the class size is 48 (based on how many spots they have listed for their summer classes). Admissions told me up to 6 weeks as well, but looking at a message board on here from last year people heard in February. I don't know if they've changed their process since then or not.

I was also told letter will be sent out within six weeks. I'm just curious as to why my friend already received log in information for new students and access to her degree progress if decisions haven't been made. She applied the very last day. At this point I think I'm out.

That is strange, but I wouldn't take it to mean you are out!

When I sent in my supplemental application I got an email from Queens with information to set up an email address but nothing about degree progress. It's weird that people have different experiences!

Did they ever send you a confirmation email? The only email I ever received was one that told me the received my initial application and one telling me to send in the supplemental app. Once it was completed I didn't hear anything. I am currently enrolled there so I already have an email. I guess I freaked out because there is no mention of ABSN anywhere in my account.

I was just wondering what were the GPA's of some of those accepted in the accelerated BSN program. I understand that on the website it states the average GPA is a 3.5, I'm just just curious to hear personally from people who have been accepted what their GPA's were.

Has anyone heard anything? I was looking at a thing from last year and they received acceptances beginning 1/29 and going into the beginning of February. Freaking out a little!

Nothing yet for me! I have received a few letters from them showing all of the credits that they've accepted from my previous transcripts but nothing saying yes or no.

Same, nothing here yet! I've only received the same transfer evaluation letter and the email to set up my Queen's email account. Nothing I see shows degree progress.. That would be great if we started hearing decisions in the next few days, but who knows!

Hey. That is strange that someone knows as of the 19th. I got accepted to queens, got the email for the account info, but not accepted as of yet to ABSN program. hmmm.. i keep checking "my account" to check the status of admission to the program and it doesn't either way as of yet. good luck to everyone.
