is it normal to feel overwhelmed as new nurse in CTICU

Hello.. just graduated couple mos ago from nursing school BSN. I just started orientation on a busy CTICU.. Is it normal to feel a little overwhelmed at 1st>????

I would be seriously concerned if you wern't overwhelmed!!! CTICU is one of the busiest units you can work! I pray that you have an excellent preceptor and educational program so that you can make the best of your career there.
