Non-nursing jobs available with BSN degree?

I've been doing Med-Surg for 4 years, and I can't stand it any more. It's made me hate nursing. I've been wanting an easier M-F no weekend/no holiday nursing job because I want a normal life, but I've come to realize that not only are those few and far between, but they often don't pay well. I'm willing to take a large pay cut, but not a $12/hr one as the last place that offered me a job expected.

I think getting out of nursing might be the best bet for me. The problem is I have a Bachelors of Science in NURSING. I can't afford to go back to school right now for another degree. Is anyone aware of jobs that are available for RNs with experience who no longer want the title "nurse?" I'm obviously not asking for job listings, but titles would be helpful. Any pertinent information would be helpful.

Thank you.

Anything to do with education or research might be interesting. Or telephone advice nurse. There is also quality assurance or nursing informatics or chart review. All of these deal mostly with the admin side and get you away from direct patient care.
