No Time for Appointments

Hi, I'm making this thread because I've been having so many mental health issues lately.

I work full time in a doctor's office, which I love. But right now I've been needing 1-2 days off a week just for therapy appointments, assessments, and soon school-related time off since I'm looking back into LPN to RN school for May.

I feel so bad always asking for time off. I just hit my 3-months at this job and we all work together so well. I have a per diem job that I use rarely, and I figured that could be a main job for awhile while I get things in my life ordered.

What do you guys think? I think the answer is clear, but I'm too scared to tackle it. My boss wants to talk to me tomorrow about "the situation we've been having" meaning the attendance/constant time off requests.

I just feel stuck. I knew this job would be temporary because I'd go back to school full-time again, but I didn't think it'd end this early, leaving them stranded too.

Oh. I’m just seeing this. Are you still there? What was the meeting about ?

If you plan to work the per diem job, what’s the likelihood of once you start needing to pick up more hours of your shifts being canceled. Is this something that can be sustainable while you work out the kinks? If so, I say go for it. It works better with your schedule

I actually ended up giving my two weeks for my Monday-Friday job (This is my last week), and my per diem job offered me 7pm-7am full time! Plus a huge raise to boot.

I'm already so much happier! I've already started picking up too, before I start the full time shifts next week. ?

OH see, this worked out great for you!  ?
