I've done the Hurst review and Marlene (and the others) keep saying that there are no happy Nclex questions. Meaning, that the answer is never "that is normal", or "no need to worry for the patient". I'm doing Saunders Comprehensive Review right now and I got several quesitons wrong because I DIDN'T pick the "this is normal" answer.
What are your experiences (those of you who took the Nclex already)? Are there happy Nclex questions?

its a common sense answer basically. don't over think of the questions. just answer what the questions is asking. don't question the question and the answer. and you will pass.
