No co-ed partners for health assessment?

i was just wondering what exactly goes on in health assessment class and why co-ed partners would be an issue?

In my class we wore bathing suits and practiced bed baths. All other skills like bed making, vital signs, physical assessments etc im not sure why it would be an issue.

Think about what happens when you go to the doctor for a physical. That's what a health assessment class will teach you- idk about LPN programs, but our class/lab went pretty in-depth. Our program didn't have a rule about having same-sex partners, but that's how it ended up pretty much just for our own comfort.

No. That's something for clinicals, as appropriate.
