Does anyone here submitted 1 employer for their references?...Another noob question...is it all right to submit previous employment? And not the current job?employment with 12 months gap from the date of submission?

are you under an agency? they usually send it to your agency. if youre independent, the trust will email you the cos. you wont know if they filed it or something like that.

My other concern is that i submitted the referees of my previous employment, which had an end date of december 31, 2015...which made it look like having an employment gap of 12months today.
