Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

If i remember it correctly it's ok to apply to the nmc as currently unemployed for as long as it isnt over a year from the previous employment, am i right?.my mistake  i thought it wont take this long to be on queue thats why i ddnt include my current employmnt as long as its not yet past 12mos...yet next week marks the yr of the end date of my previous job. Already emailed them yet still no response.:drowning::cry:

have you tried calling them? If not then you should. I don't know whats wrong with the email thing but when I first emailed them, they answered immediately. Now, I have seent them 3 emails already and haven't received any response. Maybe because of the holiday season, not sure. I called them this morning and they told me to call back next week. The registration authority verification (from PRC) is the only document left to be scanned for me to enter the queue. It has been 14 days. my other documents were scanned and marked "received" only 9 days (including nonworking days) after it was delivered.

I cant wait to be on the queue as well. Call them. Im planning to call them everyday starting Jan2. Hihihi. Goodluck!

Hi guys,

I passed my CBT last week and in the process of gathering and filling the necessary forms and getting them ready to be sent to NMC.

My problem is with the employer references: I don't know whether it has to be stamped by the doctor who is acting as my referee(his stamp contains his name, hospital name and his position) or it needs to be sent to the administration after he has filled it to be stamped with a hospital stamp. what i mean is, does the doctor's stamp qualify as 'employer's stamp'?

I sent 3 emails already and have not received any answer. I'm wondering where my PRC docs are, it has been 14 days :( I hope they havent lost it as I have read here that sometimes the NMC could misplace some documents. Well I guess I'll just have to call again next week. Thanks

yes, it happens. . and do you have your tracking number for that post? if you do and it says it was received already, its on their side's fault. you have to be firm when you call them. jan 30 is a working day here. jan 2 is a bank holiday.

I still do have the tracking numbers. I'll call them everyday starting jan 3. I hope it's not lost hihihi Thank you very much.

This also happened to me. I called them everyday since different person answers nmc call each day. Make them ask you your tracking number and dates when they received your documents. Once they asked you this, they will try to locate it in their mail room. Good luck! :)

How long did it take them to find your documents?

Did they admit it's missing?

I am just assuming it's lost. I am not sure but it has been 14 days since it was delivered. I once called to ask about it and they told me it takes 15 working days for it to be scanned. my other documents were scanned only 9 days after it was received. Maybe that gives me the notion that it's lost and I am just being impatient. Haha

employer, meaning the hospital.

I need to re-upload my birth certificate because the first one i have uploaded was not clear, so my agency suggested to include a local registry in my birth certificate as supporting document so there will be no problem with NMC. However, I've deleted already the first one and uploaded the new pdf file. The new file name appeared on my portal but everytime I downloaded it, the first file is the one appearing. Anyone had the same problem and what have you done to resolve it aside from calling and email the issue with NMC? Thanks

As far as I know, your referees should be your senior nurse that supervises you for at least 1 year. I'm not sure if NMC will honor doctor as your referee. And for the stamp, it should be a stamp or official seal from the hospital you worked with..

Hello again! I'm wondering what "more information required - feedback" means... It's not clickable. I used to believe this appeared because of the missing PRC docs but now everything has been uploaded already. When I click MY APPLICATIONS, there is no "VIEW FEEDBACK" menu on the assessment tab. I haven't received any email from nmc requiring me to send supporting docs. anybody here who have experienced the same thing?

And does this mean I've entered the queue already? Thank you.

the "feedback" is the message on the right side.

Like I said before it is no cause for alarm. Everyone has it on d deir profile it will disappear when u get to the OSCE stage. Feedback means a decision is yet to be made about that particular stage. You can call the call Nmc to ask and they will tell you same. Thanks
