Sofie we have the same problem, i called the nmc 3 times and they advised me to resend a new declaration of good health cuz i think they lost it or something. I did send a new one and after 5 days it reflected on my portal

Hi. For how many days were you waiting for your declaration of good health until such time NMC advised you to send a new one? Because I called nmc few days ago to ask if I should indeed submit new form but then they told me I dont need to. And are you already in the cue?

Congratulations! How long did it take? I joined the queue last Oct. 13 and even if it has only been a few days, I can't help but feel anxious. Hehe.

Wow! That fast? That's about 20 working days only or 28 calendar days. I hope and pray mine will come as early as yours did. The waiting game is killing me. Hehe! Goodluck on the next step! Congratulations again!

Thats great ive been on the assessment queue on september 23 as well but i received an email from the nmc that i need to submit a UK police clearance since ive stayed in the uk for more than 3mos. Hopefully ill get some good news soon.

I would say for a week cuz when i checked my account the other documents that was sent together with the declaration of good health form was uploaded the same day with only a second in between the rest of the documents that was upload so i was worried something had happen. I called them and they asked for a tracking number which i dont have cuz it was sent by my agency in the UK. I called them 3 times the first and 2nd call told me to wait on the third call i suggested to send a new one and the lady who answered my call said its okay. Cuz if not they have to conduct an investigation which will take ages to finish and its not a guarantee that they will find it.

Yes Iam on the assessment queue since sept 23 but i received an email from them yesterday that i need to send a police clearance from the uk hence this might further delay my application. I hope not fingers crossed í ½í¸‡í ½í¸‡í ½í¸‡

May I ask about the scanned documents?

I have checked my nmc account and I saw that all my documents were labelled " Document Received with their corresponding date, does this mean that I am already on queue? Or should I wait for my sent documents to be scanned and upload to the portal before I can be put on the queue?

I'm on my 2nd attempt for CBT now and I heard that if I fail this one, I will wait for like another 6 months to take the exam again. Is this true or what?

Yes, I'm afraid that is correct. I'm also preparing for my 2nd attempt next week Oct. 28 and I can't help thinking about failing the exam twice! lol

Hi guys! I already have a DL. Got it after 23 days. I am so excited about this but my agency and employer has not given me any tentative date of next deployment yet. Do you have any idea when is the next deployment for ASC/Barts NHS trust? What is the next step after getting a DL?

Congratulations! It seems like the DLs are now given earlier than expected. Were you asked to resubmit any documents or forms? How is the DL being issued? Through email or will it show in the portal? I'm not so sure as to when but I heard that there is a bit of delay in the issuance of COS for Barts. Better to contact ASC to clarify this. Goodluck on your deployment!
