2019 NMC Decision Letter

UK NMC decision Letter stories, CoS stories and experiences

Updated:   Published

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Nurses,

Good day! I would like to ask for advice regarding the declaration of good health. The doctor that seen me has no stamp. What should s/he write on the letter headed paper?

Thank you very much.

My doctor wrote on her prescription pad stating that she doesn't own any type of stamp. It was just two sentences. She then signed it and indicated her license number. Same case with an applicant before me, and I think it was okay with nmc since she received her dl last week. But I've read that your doctor can use his or her trodat as a stamp. I'm not sure though.

Hi guys,

I just got my DL 3mins ago. I am soooo happy. That was quick for an expat like me-30 days of waiting. Thank you for this thread.

God bless us all!

WOW! Congratulations! I pray I will have the same waiting time as I am an expat, too.

I would like to inform you guys that I received my DL today. I can say that my case was complicated because I’ am practicing without a valid license here in KSA.

QD: April 16, 2019 with 2 feedbacks.

• Birth Certificate • Police Clearance • Employer’s explanation letter • sworn statement

Just comply on their requirements and they will make sure that you will get the DL.

Good luck fellow nurses! ???

Thank you Lord ♥️

Congrats! I am an ex saudi too. I made sure to comply those documents (except Employer's explanation letter) before I clicked the submit button. QD: May28 DL

I edited the number of days (30 days waiting time :)) QD: May 28

Hello @kai111 did you call your assessor for follow up? I called and email NMC and they just told me to wait for 30-60days. My QD is May 30 and still waitinig for my DL.

Can Hepatitis B positive status stop someone from working as a nurse in UK after getting DL,CoS,Visa etc?

Hai,

My QD is May 17, still I don't have any response from NMC
