So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Hi, I'm going to Basildon. I got my COS in about 10 days after I got my DL.

Hi guys,

Yesterday I got update for my resubmission.

There is registration date mismatch in Saudi registration certificate and date in verification form sent from Saudi council.

After analysing I understood, Saudi council marked my employment start date as registration date (Date I started registration process). But in registration certificate it marked the date where all procedures completed and I received the registration certificate (6+ month gap between these dates)

My Saudi experience certificate start date and verification form date are matching.

I left Saudi 3 years back and now I don't have any known person there to get a new verification form from Saudi council with date change.

What could I do guys ? Anyone faced any situation like this ?

Speak to one of the person in NMC or email and explain at length the situation. They may allow you to do a self declaration stating how long you worked there, your duties and your awareness as to the fact that you know you can't work in UK unless you are registered with their council.

Your employer can also write a referral letter stating same and about your character.

I was in a similar situation and had to do that.

Ahhhhhh ok congrats... my agent said I'm schedule to get there on 23 startvwk on the 27, they just awaiting cos from basildon hope I get it this week.

Same as mine. Landing date is 23rd and will commence work on the 27th. I'm presently waiting for my Visa to be issued.

I submitted justification on yesterday and today I got approval.

I gave justification by explaining the situation and I got my DL today.

I resubmitted on Dec 31st. Till now no update.how did you do ur justification
