Nlnac = Ccne?

In my experience, accreditation of the school has no influence on employment prospects. Some state boards, however, may require NLNAC accreditation to issue the nursing license. I'm not sure about that one, though, so you may want to check, just to be safe.

The other possible difference comes about if you wish to attend graduate school. Some schools require the BSN to be NLNAC accredited, but many, if not most, will accept either NLNAC or CCNE accreditation.

That is a great idea, to check on masters programs to get an idea of what they reccommend.

I know that the Pace program is accredited by the State of New York - it's even listed on the New York State Department of Education website.

And, New York licenses have reciprocity with every state except New Jersey (because of proximity) right?

I certainly have to agree with TeenybabeRN for the most part anyway. The only place this may become an issue would be with continuing your education. But, once you get your license it's yours, and no one can get it taken away besides yourself. After I worked so hard in school, to this day nobody has even asked me what my G.P.A. was let alone whether the school was accredited or not.
