I'm just wondering how much is the starting pay for nurses who just passed NCLEx with no experience at all in NJ?

I believe so, that is good, I had offers of 29 bucks an hour. As a per diem it is a good rate for a new nurse.

I'm a new grad with 0 experience and got hired at a long-term care facility for $27.52/hour. I think that is really low considering I have a bachelor's degree. I regret not negotiating since hospitals in this area are offering $31/hour. Do you guys think this is a good rate for a brand new nurse in long-term care facility? I think I am getting shift differential but I forgot to ask what it was... :[
