Hello,

I have a problem with NJ BON as I guess everyone here. I have applied for license by endorsment on August, 31. Now is December,7. They have been telling me that application takes 2-3 month to process. So I have been patient for 3 month. Now they escalated my case on November, 19. As of today nothing happened. So I am done waiting....does anyone has an email adress of a person that i can complain? I tried to find online but I can not find it.

Thank you.

Look at the paper application forms. Email addresses are listed there as to whom to contact for issues regarding your pending application. Did you apply online? You can check your application status online now. This way you know your file is complete

I have applied online. I have checked my application status online as well. It says pending. When I call they say they are waiting for my background check up report. I have a green card. However, I did my finger print and sent my green card copy on September. Since then there is no update. So I need someone who can escalate everything. I sent email from the web ask consumersaffair but the person told me the same as when I call them. They keep telling me to wait but application process is 2-3 month. It has been more then 3 month. It so frustrating 😟

Did you do the fingerprint background check? It's mandatory whether citizen or green card holder.

Yes I did everything. They told me that they are waiting for the report from Federal Government about eligibility of my green card. I understand all of that what I don't understand when you say it takes 2-3 month....why am I waiting more then that. And if it is Federal Government why BON does not do anything about it? They have means of contact.....I waited patiently for 3 month :( Now I just what someone who is above customer service but web site doesn't provide the info or I just can't find it

Did you try checking the online license database?

https://newjersey.mylicense.com/verification/

Once online you are good to go as employers are supposed to verify online not paper license per state regulations.

I sent you a PM with what I could find. You likely cannot reply as you are new to the site
