That seems pretty steep for LPN school. why don't you just go to a junior college? San Leandro, are you familiar with it? Ick is all I can say. Do some more research and good luck.
Have you seen the JC programs around that area? They're like two of them, and they require almost all the same prereqs and are almost as long as the RN programs! Might as well go for the RN at that point! People who are going for the vocational LVN program are trying to get in and out of school so they look for the expensive yet quick deal. California's vocational programs are always rip-offs, yet, 15k is a deal for this area.

Need opinion from Nightingale school of nursing in San leandro, ca. graduates or current students. Just wanted to know how the program is, if you feel it is a great program, what are the requirements to be accepted, is it easy to get accepted, how is the entrance exam, where are the clinicals, how are the teachers? or any other info you can give would be helpful. I am looking for LVN programs and this program is only 13 months long and is more cheaper than the ones I have already researched, it is $15,000 and the next program starts this October.
thanks!
