Night shift Home Care 2014? Thoughts Please!!

Hello Nurses. I am going to apply for nursing agencies and start working as a Rn homecare nurse. I have a soon to be 3 year old daughter who will be starting Daycare soon and the shift which works best for me is NIGHT shift. I will be working in NY...Any night nurses out there, what are your thoughts on the night shifts? how is it? What agencies has a good rep. To work for? What about salary...Any one knows how much they pay for night nurses doing homecare?? thanks y'all!!!!;) Vam.RN

Sounds like you're talking about Private Duty Nursing, not Home Health?
