Night shift and exercise

I am new to the night shift and am having a difficult time trying to fit working out into my schedule! What is everyone else secret?!?!

I like working out BEFORE my night shift. It wakes me up and gets me going for the shift. But that's just me 😀

I train after work. The drive to my gym from work is a crappy 5min drive but once there and changed I'm awake. I can't do it before work, and I feel like you have more time overall for sleep when you go right after work. Get home, poop and shower, eat then sleep.
