Hey everyone! I have recently passed NCLEX and am very excited to be beginning my dream job in the NICU in a few weeks. I am planning on purchasing the Merenstein & Gardner's Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care textbook as I begin orientation on the unit. I noticed that a new edition of the textbook is scheduled to be released next month so I am waiting to purchase the newest edition when it is released. In the mean time, are there any blogs or other online resources that may have valuable NICU related information so that I can start preparing before I start my job? Thanks in advance ?

Yes, just got my job offer the other day. It was extremely difficult finding a job in a NICU as a new grad. I applied to NICU, peds, or PICU jobs only and was rejected from almost all of them due to not having any experience
