Hi, my name is Claudia
I am doing a project for school and my topic is neonatal nursing because that is what i want to be.
I need someone who is a neonatal nurse to answer some of my questions. Kind of like an interview. If you could i would be very happy! thank you!
1. What is a typical day in this field?
2. Are there any interesting or exciting experiences you have to deal with?
3. What are challenges expected with this career?
4. What are advantages to this career?
5. Have your emotions ever conflicted or benefited your job?

People come on here quite frequently to ask these types of interview questions. You will probably get much more value if you find an actual nurse to interview.

Nurse interview assignments are intended to be done in person (or phone). You will get much more information from a personal interview than posting questions on a message board. While it appears that all of the "nurses" on this message board are really nurses, Allnurses does not verify our credentials prior to representing ourselves as nurses. There is no way of knowing that a person answering your questions is a nurse.
There should be a NICU within driving distance of you that you can set up an in-person interview. If that is truly impractical, then call a NICU and set up a time to talk to a verifiable NICU nurse on the phone.
