Hey everyone! I am a new grad and just got hired into my DREAM job in the NICU!! I can't be more thrilled :) I really want to be the best I can be so I am looking for some tips/advice from any NICU nurses out there. I will be provided with a 12 week orientation period which is going to be a huge asset. I have ordered the book "Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care" by Merenstein & Gardner, 8th edition. Seems like on Amazon that had the most reviews for a 'must have resource'. Anything you would be willing to share to help me would be amazing!! Thanks in advance!!
