Hi guys,
I'm a recent SoCal graduate. I passed my NCLEX early February. I wanted to start a thread to see if NICU inspired nurses would like to share nicu new grad programs starting soon within SOCAL, or upcoming residency programs.
It seems super competitive to get a job in this field, since very few hospitals offer it. Anybody have any tips for better chances, and interview process? Please drop below. I would appreciate it so much. Thank you!

Did you check and see CHOC, CHLA, Loma Linda, Radys? They all offer NICU. They all start to open May-June

I will sure do that, are you also looking for a NICU position, or were you offer one? If yes, any advice? Thank you BTW
I'm looking for PICU, but same kinda thing LOL. I'm from SoCal originally so I know hospitals in the area when I was looking around, I'm moving up north.

Oh I see. Good luck finding PICU over there, hope you get your dream job. Where did you graduate from? Let me know of any, I will legit relocate for this position.
