Hello fellow nurses, I just past the NQLEX LPN. Still being out of nursing school for almost 7 months I feel a little rusty. I'm looking forward to looking for a job as well so any advice in that department will help. Being a little rusty I'm going to try to review a few of my weak points. My question is, is it best to find a job as soon as I can, even when not feeling as confident compared to as if I were looking for one 7 months ago. Also how was your first nursing job experience like? All responses will be appreciated :)

If you aren't out there hitting the pavement looking for a job now, you're going to become a stale grad who is possibly going to be passed over in favor of those who have graduated recently. It's normal not to feel comfortable, competent, or competent as a new nurse.
