Hey everyone.

I keep wondering how i would answer this question. I have an interview early next week on a children's general medical ward. I am a newly qualified with no clinical work history. I have worked on this ward as a student nurse so i have some experience.

If i was asked this question:

What can you bring to this post?

Then how should i answer it?

Thanks GUYS. You are great i have been getting a lot of help from you.

Thanks,

Sam.

Hi. By "post" I'm assuming you mean the position you're applying for.

If you can say you are flexible with staffing/scheduling issues, that helps a lot. People love to hear that a nurse is flexible.
