Which country are you looking at working in? What sort of further education are you looking at? We have a great International forum which will offer help and assistance.
Welcome to the site
Hi there, thanks for your reply. I'm from South Africa and I'm currently working in the ICU unit but my true passion is Trauma and Emergency Care. Dur to staff shortages and budget constraints on my hospital I'm not able to get permission to study further hence my interest in wanting to study. I'd like to specialize in A&E. I would like to work in either th US or New Zealand (I have relatives there). Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks again.
Moving this then to the International forum
For the US you are looking at several years waiting due to retrogression. May find it easier going to New Zealand either way you are going to have to meet that country's requirements for foreign trained nurse and for the US that means taking the US nursing boards NCLEX
