Any job search suggestions for an International graduate like me?

I have been working for Davita in Houston as an lvn while completing my RN. I am actually in the process of leaving for a position at Bayshore hospital in Pasadena to get some med surg experience. I put in over 200 applications and I only got 5 call backs. I keep hearing that Bayshore is not a great hospital, but I figure some experience puts me in a better position than where I am right now

How's your DaVita experience so far? How did your interview go too with Davita?

I never had to interview with Davita. They actually purchased the private clinic were I was working and I have been with them for almost two years. The company is not a bad company. I think it is probably the same as anywhere else. Some good and some bad and management plays a major roll in both. I am moving along because I don't want to be shut out of working anywhere because my only RN experience would be in dialysis.
