Newly Grad RN Looking For A Job

I'm a new RN in CA and I don't know where to start. I was searching for RN jobs online and they're mostly looking for a BLS certification and working experience. Apparently, my uncle could get me a job as a civilian nurse in Texas but I was thinking that it'll be time consuming and costly if I endorse my license there. Moreover, If I endorse my license to Texas, will I be able to work in Cali again if ever I want to go back?

yes, coz u are a CA licensed nurse. u just have to endorse it there so ur eligible to work on that state. it's the same u still have to renew ur license both in CA and texas
