Newborn Medical Center Hiring LPN

Hello Everyone,

I need some help with finding Hospital and/ Medical Center that hire LPN in the Newborn Unit. This is my passion and although I have yet to complete and gain a full year of experience in Med-Surg I know this is where I want to be. I'm sure several of you will tell me that OB Newborn do not hire LPN's but I find that statement to be false and very discouraging for I have witness several LPN obtain a position in the field. SP please list some Medical Centers in the New York, NY or Brooklyn, NY area that I can go to.

LPN's man the nursery in our local hospital, but Minnesota may be too far away. I wish you the best of luck, my only advice is to stop in a speak personally with hiring staff at different facilities.

I have worked in postpartum and mother-baby in Washington state. I was not able to find a job in this area in Texas. It's hard to find openings but if you are already employed at a hospital you may be able to eventually transfer if they have an opening.
