Hello All!
My name is Tracey. I am a 29 y/o mom of 3. I am currently in the 1st phase (3rd sem) of realizing my dream of becoming an RN. I am in school right now studying to be a medical assistant, and plan to enter directly into nursing school immediately upon graduation. My dilemma is this: I am looking for an online method of studying for the entrance exams or a reasonable comparison thereof. Money is more than tight as my DH is currently on medical leave and we have NO income at all...so just hopping down to my local B&N to snatch a copy of the Arco book is not an option right now for me. But I realize that I need to get some test book or practice material as I know the entrance exams are difficult.
Does anyone know of a website that has any of that material, or do you have to pay for everything? If so, I will have to ask my mom or something to pick it up for me... PLZ help!

Hey there!! You really should just bite the bullett and get the book. I know it's hard (trust me...I am in the same boat financially), but you should find a way to at least get this book. http://www.jbpub.com/catalog/0763724866/
You can also find this book cheaper on ebay.

If you cannot get your own copy, try talking to the local school's library. Sometimes some schools will have a copy for students to check out. I wanted a copy I could write in, so I purchased my own copy. However, I know students who used the schools' copy to study.
That's a great idea...never even thought of that!
