Hey everyone I haven't seen a forum for the fall 2022 deadline for NYU's ABSN non-accelerated and accelerated pathway yet soo I decided too start one so we can all stress out together in these next few months of applying

I did apply by the priority date and still waiting. I applied 2 or 3 times in the past before having prereqs. Now I have all with A's and B's and still nothing. I feel I'm rejected again as well. I got accepted to Mount Saint Vincent if anything I'm going there even though I heard some negatives. I've been ready to start my nursing journey for the last 5 years but with covid and these accelerated programs being hard to get into its been rough.

Congratulations on your acceptance to Mount Saint Vincent! I totally feel you. This is my second application cycle and NYU is the last school I'm waiting on. All rejections otherwise ? You're inspiring though! I told myself I would give up on nursing if I didn't get in this cycle but maybe I'll give it another chance.

Girl don’t give up. I thought about giving up but I know I want this so I keep fighting. So girl keep fighting things will work out.

Has anyone clicked on that "Application Information Update Request"? I'm just curious if you actually get a response.

I did I tried to enter my BLS certification but I didn’t get a response

I've clicked on that before I got my decision but it's just if you want to update your application, I believe. It doesn't give you an update on the one you've submitted.

Ohhhh gotcha. I applied priority, but my last transcript didn't get there until 4/8. I thought I had a pretty good chance at getting in, but I'm not so sure anymore.

Hang in there! I think it's hard to predict how likely you are to get in--like for me since I made the switch to nursing so last minute and I knew how competitive ABSN programs were, I wasn't too confident about getting in--but then I got accepted! So, just hang in there and I wish you the best of luck!

I just realized they have graduation today so maybe that’s why we haven’t heard anything this week
