Hi, did anyone else apply for the FNP program at NYU? Just wanted to start a thread because didn't see anyone else talking about it.

I'm by no means an expert on how the timing change works for NYU FNP program, but if anything, I'd think they would accommodate individual situations. Plus switching from FT to PT should not be difficult to accommodate as it puts less stress on the school to find students clinical sites per semester.

Thank you! I hope we can see each other in the classroom!
I'm only commenting here because there doesn't seem to be a thread for the AGACNP program. I sent in my application in mid February. I already heard back from another program in the area, but ideally I'd really like to attend NYU. I am hoping that like others have said here I hear back soon.
Got decision today as well and was rejected.
Sharing my stats as following for reference in case anyone runs into this thread in the future who might find it helpful in any shape or form:
3yr RN experiences, 1.5 med-surg, 1.5 ICU, charge nurse, specialty certification
3 LOR
3.6 undergraduate GPA
3.39 ABSN GPA(which I believe pulled me below the cut)

finally at least we know it's coming, I kept checking the portal. Yes, they have part time available. didn't know they offered full time?
