Yes 😔 I called yesterday to get an estimate about when I should expect to hear back and was told they release decisions up through January. Working on Summer program apps now because they're due around the same time and I can't afford to miss the deadline in case I don't get in. So stressful

Wow up to January is cutting it close! I expected final decisions to come out by now but I guess we'll still have to see.. Thank you for this info it was very helpful
Hi everyone, just received an update to my application email about 5 minutes ago, and I was rejected.
It's okay, I will try to move on but I wanted to update everyone here asap as we were all desperately waiting. That said, I hope this means that they will notify more this week and give people the closure they are looking for!! Best of luck to everyone accepted and to those still waiting ❤️

I had a 3.0 GPA. Anatomy 1 +2- B , Micro - B, chem- B, Stats - A, psychology- B , Nutrition C
I do not have any medical experience except for my major which was a bachelors in health sciences. I did some volunteering through undergrad with clubs and even did a mission trip. That said, I believe my personal statement was very good and the long weeks of waiting of no response had given me hope... I know it was a long shot but it's okay I tried 🙂

Last year I was rejected, but I reapplied and was accepted. If you are dead set on NYU, it would be worth retaking your science pre-reqs to get an A. I started volunteering at a hospital to gain some "relevant" experience, also look into volunteering with different orgs. like New York Cares. You should apply to Mt Sinai's ABSN program if you haven't, they have rolling admissions, less $$ and just as good as a school.
