Is there any limitation on how many times you appear NCLEX-RN in NYS??I tried to get information everywhere but unable to find one.I do not want to pay pearson vue as i know the fee is non refundable unless i find the correct information.Can anyone enlighten me on this topic??

As far as I am aware there is no limitations with NY. Is there nothing on their website?

They do have application requirements,license requirements but do not say anything about limitation for NCLEX-RN exam.

There is no limitations for NY state Im sitting for my boards too...If u call them they will tell u

as far as I know you can take nclex RN at NY as much as you need..I am still on it and I hope my 3rd time would be the last time I'm gonna take it...God bless us!

I passed my boards after being out of school for 9 yrs and I'm licensed in Ny and Alabama
