Hey all!
Current accelerated student at LIU here. I'm graduating this summer. If you have any questions related to the program itself ask away! I'd love to help. I'll be honest, the program is very difficult but all nursing programs are. As long as you meet their requirements you should be fine getting into the program
Hi 2ndDegfuturCRNA,
So great of you to reply to this thread.. I really appreciate it. Could you perhaps give me feedback about how clinicals are and how administration and faculty is? I was reading other threads that seemed to strongly discourage applicants from applying to liu..
If you do not mind sharing-- what were your stats entering this program?
Thank You. much appreciated!
Hi everyone,
I got accepted into the accelerated program that starts in June 2015 so was wondering if anyone else got in yet? I'm currently deciding between LIU's and CNR's accelerated programs (CNR is 18 months starting this July)...any thoughts? I'm leaning towards CNR but LIU is offering me a lil scholarship $ which will help cut the tuition cost by a bit. Anyone else deciding between 2 schools? So nervous to be starting the professional phase this summer...I know it will be a lot of hard work and dedication but WE CAN DO IT. Good luck everyone.

Hello everyone!
I would like to apply to Long Island University's Accelerated Nursing program for the Summer 2015 start. However, I cannot seem to find much information on the program. I checked the website and know what pre-reqs are required and about the entrance exam. But, I could not find the deadline to apply to the program. Does anyone know the deadline to apply? I would appreciate any input from any students that are already accepted or are current students of the program.
Thanks,
Justin
