Don't relocate to Texas without a firm job offer in writing that includes your hourly pay and start date.
Texas is oversaturated with ADN nurses, many to most of whom are finding it difficult to get a job in acute care in the major cities. You will not find a hospital willing to pay relocation costs. There are enough nurses in this area that they do not have to do that. They also will not pay the cost of you coming here for interviews. Hospitals in more rural areas and along the Texas/Mexico border are more new-grad ADN friendly than those in DFW, Houston, Austin and Corpus Christie, but even those will not be paying you to move here.
Where you take NCLEX doesn't matter very much.
