New York License endorsement to TEXAS Guide help.

Good day!

I new here and thank you in advance for answering my questions.

I am a US Citizen, and recently passed the NCLEX RN in the State of New York, I graduated BSN outside the US particularly in the Philippines.

I would like to endorse my license in state of TEXAS. I already submitted my online form for endorsement, soon I will do the finger printing, and will also take the Nursing Jurispudence Exam for TEXAS.

I am a little bit confused if I need to submit another CGFNS for CES??

Upon reading some discussions, some says you do not need another CGFNS CES for endorsement, some says you still need to do it.

Please let me know the correct thing to do regarding this endorsement so I will be able to save money, time and effort, and will be able to get my License in Texas.

Read page 4 section 1. States if trained Internationally then you may need report from CGFNS, ERES or IERF
