New York BON License Activation

Has anyone had any issues with the NYBON posting their license? 

I passed my NCLEX and the state still hasn't posted my license. Classmates who have taken the NCLEX before and after me have their license posted in about 5 days. I tried calling and they give me the automated response that it takes 4-6 weeks. I've also tried emailing to see if my application is missing any paperwork or documents, no response. Not sure what to do since I need my license for my jobs.

I waited for 6-8 weeks to call them just because I followed the rule stated on the website to wait. There was a problem with my infection control certificates, it was about to expire and they wanted a new one. They said they had sent me an email stating they needed me to update it but I have not received any email, I checked but maybe it was in the spam box but perhaps I accidentally deleted it. And so, I told the lady on the phone to re-send me the email and I stayed on the call and waited to receive it. After the call, I did my course right away that night and sent them my updated course certificate, followed the instructions in the email, and in less than a week, my name was on the board of verifications, and in about 2 weeks, I received my license.

So, I guess if you just passed the exam, and maybe 2 weeks have passed, try checking your email and maybe give them a call. When did you sit on your exam? and when did you know you passed?
