new unit, same position

Hi everyone,

I have been on a med/surg pediatric floor for the past 4 years. Over the summer the pediatric units in my hospital were reorganized so instead of taking care of specialities A + B, I am caring for specialties B + C. Overall the position did not change, just the patient population did. How should I reflect this in my resume without repeating myself?
