what do you mean HUH you dont know about this new change?

4. NCLEX test update: Beginning April 2003, the NCLEX test will incorporate new types of test questions. These will include: calculations of medications and intake-output; diagrammatic identification of specific assessment skills; and multiple questions with the requirement that all parts must be answered correctly. These types of questions will be added to the current test pool of questions and will be randomly selected by computer as the tester proceeds through the NCLEX examination. This is part of the continuing process of improving the methodology of computer adaptive testing.

Think this might be what your looking for.

I understand why Todd SPN said "HUH". The origional question submitted by myabutrn is hard to understand...I couldn't. Thank you Iliel for your insight and answer. It helped

Myabutrn,

The scoring for alternate-format questions is already included in the score. There are some questions on every test that are unscored, but there is no way to know which questions these are.

Post on the NCLEX Discussion Forum of this website for more information.
