New students over 40

lilly here, looking for other students over 40! never to late too start is it? i have been amazed at the number of students i've met that are in the over 40 catagory. i'd really like to hear from those of you in this age group, i'm very interested in hearing your stories and comparing notes. drop me a line or two, let's share.

I understand the wait is @ 1 1/2 years. That will fly by I'm sure.

I should share alittle more about myself. I am 45 with a birthday on April 27. I have three children,daughter 27, daughter 25, and a son 23. I have five grandchildren, two girls,8 and 1, and three boys, 5,4 and 2. I am so ready for this career in nursing. I've wanted this since I was about five years old. As you can see I kept busy with raising children. They all tell me now, It's your turn MOM! So it is! LOL:chuckle
