new student from uk wanting to relocate to usa or canada

hi i am a 27 year old single mum from the north of england, i am due to start a nursing degree at uni in adult nursing (the uni i am going to you have to choose between adult, mental,midwifery, child) i am hoping to relocate to usa or canada and work as a rn in the future but would like to know how i would go about it were do i start? and the adult nursing degree is 3 yrs long would i have to do the other courses too ???? :confused:please advise me as i know it sounds corny but this has been a life long dream for me:)

Have you thought about taking your nurses training in Canada or the USA, might be an easier transition for you..

Will be expensive in both countries to do nurse training and for the US or Canada no guarantee you can stay afterwards

thanks for the replies everyone will just have to work realy hard and pass as many areas of nursing and see what the future holds :-)
