The big three that most of the students in my school have used are KAPLAN, Saunders, and Lippincott. I myself bought the NCLEX review in the "reviews and rationales" series because I've found their other books helpful. Best of luck at your clinicals.

I don't like Lippincott. The most helpful NCLEX book I have found is "Med-Surg Success" by Calgrove & Callicoatt. It gives you rationals, and then strategies on how to answer the particular question. It's really helped me alot in Med/Surg II

Saunders, Saunders, Saunders 4th edition.
That was the text emphasized by the hospital where I was hired and I probably spent more time with that book throughout school and for studying for NCLEX.
Passed in 75 questions!!
Good luck!!!
