New rochelle individualized fall 2016

hi everyone i am trying to apply to the individualized program for fall 2016 at new rochelle college. I have a bachelor in liberal art and science with a gpa of 3.05. I retook chemistry 1 and received an A-. I when to the admission with all my transcripts to speak with an advisor and she told me i have to retake english. Is anyone applying to the program as well. Please share your stat and thought or if anyone is in the program for spring tell us if it was hard to get accepted thank you.

So she told me it depends, if you are still on your parents income it is best for them to take loan for you that way it will be cheaper. But yeah you het a little Fa but not a lot. And if you take the loan by your self they will charge you more.

Hmmmm I see. Wow! So it would be a lot of loans to take out. I'll wait for my financial Aid package.

You should be okay. And you have all the pre reqs? I work at Calvary Hospital- part time. And Bronx Lebanon - Per diem

I hope so you too. Are you applying for the fall? And the individualized program ? Do you have a BS? I do have it in science. Just that english is not my first language and i mess up my first year here.

I just wish i knew what I was gonna do earlier instead of attending a private school paying so much tuition for nothing. Now I'll practically take a loan out for CNR

Exactly. We are in the same shoe. I when to a private school. Not knowing i could have just attended a cuny 2 4 years. Now i have to go back for another 2 years.

It's the most frustrating thing!! We have to start looking for loan repayment for nurses. I really wish I knew what I was getting myself into.

Indeed. Yes the have loan that when you take after the government pays back from what someone i know that just graduated told me. 12000which is not a lot but something. Then you have subsidize laon.

At this time nothing apart from it is hard. Most of the nurses at monte when there so they were the one thay recommended me to go there. I spoke with the director she seems nice i also when there to speak with coleen. She was really nice.

Yes Coleen Bimbo.. She is really nice. I heard the program is hard too. And I also heard that the have a new Dean to help with the falling NCLEX rates. And I was told it got better, last year 88% of them passed.

Yes the new dean is the old dean of Drexel university. So things are getting smother.
