New RN trying to find 1st nursing job

Hello everyone! I am a new RN and am just starting my Job Search. It seems as though every job that is posted requires 2 years experience. Just wondering if anyone has any advice for new nurses trying to find a job when all it seems like there is a need for is experienced nurses. I want so badly to get lucky and have someone hire me to give me that needed experience. Any advice for interviews/ what type of jobs to look for ect? Thank you!

HI to all

I am a BSN in India and I took my NCLEX RN exams and passed in my 1st attempt on dec 2011, started my search on job for the past two months, applied to all types of jobs in near by hospitals, nursing homes and every where on online where i see the vacancy for RN. Iam really getting tired and sick. I got a call from nursing home for per diem RN, I attended it and she told me if we feel we would call you back ....still now no response. I never stopped applying for the job,. Could any one tell me which web site is good and apt for getting a job. Iam now in Illinois.
