    In what state are you licensed? That is where you have to look for work. As far as whether your experience outside the US counts, that is entirely dependent upon the organization.

    Once you pass the NCLEX, your name should show up on your state's BON website within a few days. Or, check NURSYS.

    Call your school or the BON. They are the only ones that can help you. Research jobs on the major job boards, such as Indeed and Careerbuilder. Check out the website of the hospitals you are considering. That's probably your best bet.
