New RN having a hard time getting my foot in the door

Hello I'm a newly licensed RN ( I have a AAS and received my license in August 2009) I'm having a hard time finding employment. I have been sending my resume to countless hospitals. Please tell some of the the tactics you used to get a job. I'm starting to get discouraged..Any info will be helpful...Thanks a million :nurse:

Try calling to follow up, it helped me get an interview because I talked to someone an they remembered me. Being persistant helps, thats the best I can give you. Good Luck!
