New RN grad looking for experience

HELP ME PLEASE!!! Does anyone have any ideas for gaining experience in order to obtain a job. Many employers are requiring 6 mo to 1 yr experience :uhoh3: . Any suggestions on gaining that experience so I can get a job?:banghead:

There are some places that hire new Grads..........I just had an interview

with Davita (dialysis company) and they hire new grads and give at

least 90 days training. I was not a new grad, but am passing on the

info to anyone who can use it.

There are hospitals that hire new grads and pay on their student loan

expenses as part of the contract..............I see a lot of ads like that.

Where did you do your preceptorship? Does your town have a few hospitals to choose from?
