New to OR- Barnes vs Mercy in St Louis

Hi, all!

I am an experienced RN (no exp in OR) with pending offers to orient & train at Barnes or Mercy. Can anyone offer insight on organizational culture? Job satisfaction? Confidence/competence with OR fellowship at either facility? Which hospital would you choose to work for if given the choice? Thank you!

Having worked at both hospitals, I prefer Barnes. Yes, it is huge, but it has so many experienced and knowledgeable team players, of which, you will be one should you make that choice.
