New at Nursing, Starting to have an opinion

I am currently working in a 200 bed capacity hospital. I am a volunteer nurse who happens to do the responsibilities of a staff nurse. I know that nursing is a team effort but I am really mad at some of my co-workers work ethics. I depend on them because they are my seniors but I really hate it when an order is not carried out and the blame is put on me. I am really disheartened with this co-worker of mine and since I have not been there a long time, I still believe I have no say. Even though I really want to shout at her face.

Even the best nurses can leave a mess behind to clean up, but I do believe that most of us try very hard NOT to do that. But if the same person is consistent about not getting things done AND not even letting you know that those undone things are pending, that needs to be addressed.
