new NPO guidelines

does anyone know the new NPOguidelines. me and a doc were discussingit, i know i read them but can not remeber where. does anyone know them or where i can find it preferably.

I remeber it saying clr liquids up to 2 hours before and light snack 4-6 hours before.

any help is appreciated.
